  • LOW IMPACT TRAINING: Protect your joints from stress while getting the level of Cardio or Resistance Training you desire. The water filled ball creates a neutral buoyancy, enabling the ball to move easily through the water by creating a resistance in a singular direction.
  • HAND EYE COORIDINATION: When released in the water, the ball’s spin and the water’s momentum create an erratic movement which requires you to track and catch the ball.
  • DURABILITY: Unlike water exercise equipment made with foam, if your kids decide to use this as a water toy, it will survive the abuse while giving an unexpected workout.
  • EASY TO USE: Attach the ball to a regular garden hose using the included attachment. Turn on the tap to inject water into the ball untill the desired level. When fully filled the ball is about 14.5-15 pound.
